The Research Institute of Environment and Nature Conservation Technologies held the Second International Scientific and Practical Conference on Nature-Based Solutions to Environmental Problems (NBSEP) on November 28–29, 2024.

Key conference topics:

  1. Scientific and practical methodologies for biodiversity conservation and protection.
  2. Air quality, land and water resource protection.
  3. Advanced technologies in waste processing and disposal.
  4. Transitioning to a green economy and sustainable growth: challenges and solutions.
  5. Environmental education and public awareness.
  6. Ecosystem restoration through nature-based solutions.

Papers were accepted in Uzbek, Russian and English (at least 3 pages). The best papers were published in a Scopus-indexed journal and in a special issue of the Ekologiya Xabarnomasi journal.
