Nature-Based Solutions to Environmental Problems (NBSEP) — III International Scientific and Practical Conference

The Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection and Climate Change of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Central Asian University of Environmental and Climate Change Studies (Green University) and the Research Institute of Environment and Nature Conservation Technologies, together with ICARDA, IUCN and Caritas Switzerland, will hold the III International Scientific and Practical Conference on Nature-Based Solutions to Environmental Problems (NBSEP) on December 19–20, 2025.

Key conference topics:

  1. Innovative scientific and practical approaches to biodiversity conservation.
  2. Climate-resilient integrated water resources management.
  3. Pressing problems and practical solutions for air protection.
  4. Innovative technologies for waste processing and disposal.
  5. Green economy and sustainable development: challenges and solutions.
  6. Environmental culture, education, awareness and tourism.
  7. Digital technologies and mathematical modelling in ecology.

Papers are accepted in Uzbek, Russian and English (at least 6 pages). The best papers will be published in a Scopus-indexed journal and in a special issue of the Ekologiya Xabarnomasi journal.
